The Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo (HARP) Foundation’s staff is responsible for developing the resources (financial, logistical, etc.) necessary for the future expansion and improvement of the Riverwalk. The staff HARP Authority is responsible for staffing the HARP Foundation through a contract agreement between the two organizations. |
