HARP Authority Staff
The Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo (HARP) Authority’s staff is responsible for the day to day operation, maintenance, promotion and management of the Riverwalk. The staff consists of six year-round Authority positions plus two year-round staff members on loan to the HARP Foundation – making the total number of year-round staff eight. In addition, the HARP Authority employs several seasonal positions (boat operators and other various Boathouse staff positions) for the summer months.
An important element to the staffing of the various events held by or on the Riverwalk are volunteers. The Riverwalk utilizes the time and talents of over 200 volunteers each year. These special individuals enable our small staff to put on the high quality events that Pueblo enjoys on the Riverwalk each year!
