About Veteran's Bridge at Gateway Park
Pueblo, as the "Home of Heroes", has the opportunity to recognize all Veterans in our community. Support funding of Veteran's Bridge" at Gateway Park! This walkway across the Riverwalk water link will honor all Veteran's Organizations of Pueblo and ALL VETERANS! The seal of ALL branches; the seal of ALL veterans organizations, and the names of ALL veterans can be a permanent part of the bridge display on Pueblo's Riverwalk. Just like the service nameplate, your veteran can be recognized on the bridge. Any branch, any duty, anytime, a veteran honorably discharged can be added to the nameplate display for a $75.00 donation. In addition, each veteran's organization can have its official seal on the Foundation Display for enlisting veteran's names and contributions to the Foundation Seal Program. A veteran's organization must enlist 250 veterans or make a $5,000.00 donation to be included in the Foundation Display. Donor recognition will occur when the entire Veteran's Bridge pledge has been met.
